Learn how the shame and guilt cycle will forever affect your relationship with food if you don’t address why food has become your enemy.
Discover how the expectations and projections of diet culture have created a lot of confusion in how you view food. This has unfortunately added to the many reasons why you think certain foods are good or bad. Break free from viewing food as good or bad.
Define what your motivation is for eating.
Learn how restricting your body is not nourishing and how overeating and binging are equally harmful in honoring your body.
Learn how to trust what your body is telling you.
Create your new reality: How will food become your friend?
Reschedule/Cancellation Policy: 24 hour notice required to cancel or reschedule appointments or the full fee will be charged. If you do not show up for an appointment, full fee will be charged. If you have a package and do not give a minimum 24 hour reschedule notice, session will be recorded to your account.
