In this 6-week course, you will...
Identify if you are using exercise as purely a weight-loss tool or if you genuinely find joy in moving your body.
Discover how your expectations around exercise might be creating unnecessary pressure that prevents you from getting moving and how those same expectations could be stealing your joy during your workouts.
Define your motivation to exercise. Are you creating inspired movement or full-body exhaustion? I will teach you how to let go of the dread and how to cultivate more joy in your journey with exercise.
Examine all the subtle ways your body is trying to communicate its boundaries to you. I.E. when the body is saying NO and when it is saying YES.
Create your new reality: How will exercise become a joyful part of your life?
Reschedule/Cancellation Policy: 24 hour notice required to cancel or reschedule appointments or the full fee will be charged. If you do not show up for an appointment, full fee will be charged. If you have a package and do not give a minimum 24 hour reschedule notice, session will be recorded to your account.
